This site is operated by Alexander Castelazo, a licensed independent life insurance agent doing business as PolicyLifeline (AL license #[INSERT]). 1. What this site is
This site offers a free, no-obligation comparison of your existing life insurance coverage against products available from the insurance carriers with which we are appointed. It is an advertisement for insurance services.
2. No offer of insurance and no guarantee of coverage
No offer of insurance is made on this website. Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, binder, or contract of insurance, and no coverage is created by submitting a form or speaking with us. Coverage exists only when a carrier issues a policy, that policy is delivered, the first premium is paid, and all conditions in the policy have been satisfied.
Approval, eligibility, rates, riders, and benefit amounts are determined solely by the issuing insurance carrier's underwriting and vary by age, health history, tobacco use, occupation, avocation, state of residence, and other factors. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be approved for any policy or offered any particular rate.
3. No guarantee of savings
Any discussion of price comparison, cost, or potential savings is illustrative only. We do not guarantee that a lower premium or additional coverage is available to you. It is entirely possible that the policy you already own is the best available option for you, in which case we will tell you so.
4. Do not cancel existing coverage
Never cancel, lapse, surrender, or stop paying an existing life insurance policy until replacement coverage has been issued, delivered, and is fully in force. If replacing a policy is appropriate, Alabama law requires specific replacement notices and paperwork, which we will complete with you. Replacement may involve a new contestability period, a new suicide-exclusion period, new underwriting, surrender charges, or tax consequences.

Information on this site and information provided during a comparison call is general in nature and for educational purposes. It is not legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. 11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
